Read MoreI'm so happy I came across your page! I've been dealing with achy hips for a couple years now, but recently started getting a pinch in my shoulder so I decided to try your classes. I strength trained for years, so I thought these aches and pains were just a part of aging. NOW I get how strengthening connective tissue is different than training muscles! My hips feel so different, like they're roomier and stronger. Not only has the achiness resolved, pain in my shoulder is gone too (even though I've mostly only focused on hip classes, go figure). And since it's helped my strength training, I'm more excited than ever to go workout! If you're reading this and considering trying, don't hesitate. These classes are worth every penny.

Some classes will utilize a yoga block or a mini-loop band, but I'll give you workarounds if you do not have those items. A foam roller will be helpful, but not required. One class will utilize a non-stretchy band (a belt will work!).
Yes, mobility training teaches control, so classes are helpful for those with hypermobility.
