FAQ

  • What equipment will I need?

For most classes, your body is all you need. At times, you'll find a yoga block helpful, as well as a mini loop band. One drill uses a lacrosse ball/tennis ball, but if you don't have these items you will still be able to do the program.

  • How long are classes?

Most classes are 20 minutes, with a few straight-to-the-point shorter classes.

  • Can I do these classes if I have flat feet, high arches, or plantar fasciitis?

Yes! These classes are excellent to build your foot core, which can impact the shape of your foot, and often reduce foot pain.

  • How often do I need to do classes?

When you enroll, you'll see a guide that gives you instructions on how to successfully move through classes as well as additional information that will be helpful for your foot health.
