What You'll Need

Most classes require little to no equipment, and while there's work-arounds for a lot of drills, you'll find these tools very helpful to have:

  • 1-2 Yoga Blocks

  • Mini-Loop Band

  • Lacrosse Ball or Tennis Ball

  • Long Resistance Band

  • Light weights (1-5lb, potentially higher depending on strength level)

  • Chair

  • Wall Space

I am so happy to have discovered Angela’s work! I was looking for a guide to improve my mobility, but somehow these yoga flows were never really my thing. Angela is an incredibly talented teacher: she explains everything so well, simply and understandably, she performs the movements very precisely, she is authentic and she clearly enjoys it. It is infectious! I am lucky that I don’t have any pain, and yet the mobility training has already become very important to me. It is pure self-care. And: I know that I have to do the work today if I want to be able to move well and healthily later on :)

I have been using the mobility library for a couple of months now. I’m making my way through the hips courses and they are so easy to follow and understand. The timing of each class is manageable to fit in to a busy schedule. I love the improvement I’ve noticed in the mobility of my hips and a significant reduction in what used to be chronic pain. These courses have been so empowering in enabling me to take an active approach to resolving long standing joint issues for which physio, massage and doctors’ advice fell short. Thank you so very much for making all of this amazing material available. I’m looking forward to working my way through the whole library. Completing Level 3 of this program has marked another turning point in my healing journey. As someone recovering from a permanent disability, I’ve hit a wall through my medical coverage where nothing could compare to Angela’s mobility work. Even when I’m unable to execute a movement fully, I still physically can feel the effectiveness of her movements throughout my body. That is how precise and effective her guidance is. This isn’t just a mobility class, it is a language for understanding your body. The way Angela teaches has helped me access areas of myself that had gone numb; not just physically, but emotionally too. I never realized how disconnected I was from parts of my own body, like my hips, until I began this series. Actually feeling into my hip joint for the first time and having its awareness is priceless. Angela doesn’t just give you movement, she gives tools, context, visuals, and clarity. Since January, I've participated in both the hip and spine series, often practicing almost daily. The results have been truly remarkable! Last year, I underwent intermittent physical therapy for hip and knee issues, with limited lasting success. However, your classes have provided a significantly more effective solution. I'm experiencing a noticeable improvement in muscle strength, tissue health, and overall mobility – a level of improvement I didn't achieve through traditional physical therapy. I've been doing CARs for years but not doing them well. With the Mobility Library, I'm learning how to hip CARs properly and digging in deep with the hips—and I'm only in the 100 level!
