What You'll Need

Most classes require little to no equipment, and while there's work-arounds for a lot of drills, you'll find these tools very helpful to have:

  • 1-2 Yoga Blocks

  • Mini-Loop Band

  • Lacrosse Ball or Tennis Ball

  • Long Resistance Band

  • Light weights (1-5lb, potentially higher depending on strength level)

  • Chair

  • Wall Space

It has been 3 years of trying to find the correct therapy for my needs, and I have never felt more seen or understood. Three years of many hospital visits and constant referral to a new specialist to find out that it's been Angela I needed all along. These classes are unique, and I am learning lifelong knowledge from her at a distance that is changing my life for the better. I have adapted the Hip fundamentals, like CARS, into my everyday life easily. Easy enough to practice even while watching movies with my family. Angela has taught newfound stretches that I wholeheartedly enjoy and look forward to. She truly understands how to deepen a stretch through the simplest adjustments, like stretching your arms in front of your own body and using bodyweight to advance the movement. I have found myself LITERALLY dripping sweat multiple times during the Hips 200 series. I am learning quickly that although the classes are shorter than a television program, they are monumental workouts. I can feel the effects of the workout for days afterwards, in a good way! For it is clear that there is much progress and growth in areas that have been deeply weakened. It is not only a workout for the body's muscles/ligaments but for the nervous system. Connecting the mind to the body has been one of the best takeaways. Angela has been heaven-sent to me. I could not be more grateful for her and all of the hard work and knowledge she’s been willing to share with us. Thank you, Angela, forever.

Since January, I've participated in both the hip and spine series, often practicing almost daily. The results have been truly remarkable! Last year, I underwent intermittent physical therapy for hip and knee issues, with limited lasting success. However, your classes have provided a significantly more effective solution. I'm experiencing a noticeable improvement in muscle strength, tissue health, and overall mobility – a level of improvement I didn't achieve through traditional physical therapy. The consistent practice, combined with your expert guidance, has empowered me to take control of my physical well-being. Only have done releasing tension and 1st hip cars videos but just wanted to say that I love your classes, instruction, cues, and have followed and saved many of your IG posts...until I decided I needed to get serious with my mobility work and signed up officially for all your content. I'm sure i will benefit greatly from this practice and will ck in later with updates. I've been doing CARs for years but not doing them well. With the Mobility Library, I'm learning how to hip CARs properly and digging in deep with the hips—and I'm only in the 100 level!
