Challenge and refresh yourself with six 20-minute classes. This mobility series is designed to give your body a quick burst of quality, head-to-toe movement!

What equipment will be helpful?

A chair with NO arms is required. While no other equipment is required, a yoga block will be helpful, but a small object will suffice in most cases. A mini loop band will be used for one drill, and one moderate weight will be used in one drill.
